I view this relationship more as guppies and sharks but either way, the credit card industry survived the CARD act, and is happily reeling in new customers.

Reading back through your other posts it looks like your credit card industry was in desperate need of reform. I can’t believe that some of these laws are just being passed now. It is little wonder so many people are suffering under the strain over there. It makes me more ashamed of getting into debt with the credit cards in Australia when we have had a whole lot more consumer protection.
