The stock market (S&P) is up about 7% year to date. But as we know, the markets doesn’t always reflect the health of the economy. And we have too many wild cards to declare that we are in ‘good times.’

I think a similar bus could represent the housing market up here in Canada — combine a high ratio of prices to income with very low interest rates that are probably going up… it’s going to be interesting to watch!
